Air-cooled refrigeration
Principle: Air-cooled refrigeration systems mainly rely on air as a cooling medium. The compressor in the refrigeration equipment compresses the refrigerant into a high-temperature and high-pressure gas, which is then passed through the condenser. There are a large number of heat sinks in the condenser, and the fan makes the air flow through the heat sink, taking away the heat of the refrigerant, so that the refrigerant changes from gaseous to liquid. The liquid refrigerant enters the evaporator after being throttled and reduced by the expansion valve, and absorbs the heat of the surrounding air in the evaporator to achieve the effect of cooling. The heat absorbed by the evaporator is dissipated to the outdoor air through the front condenser.
Advantages:
The installation is relatively simple and does not require complex water-cooled piping systems, reducing installation costs and installation time.

Water-cooled refrigeration
Principle: Water-cooled refrigeration systems use water to cool refrigerants. The compressor compresses the refrigerant into high temperature and high pressure gas, and then enters the water-cooled condenser. The cooling water circulates in the pipe of the condenser to absorb the heat of the refrigerant and condense the refrigerant into a liquid state. After the heat is transferred from the refrigerant to the cooling water, the cooling water with the heat is dissipated into the atmosphere through the cooling tower and other equipment. The liquid refrigerant enters the evaporator after the pressure reduction through the expansion valve, and absorbs the heat in the dust-free workshop in the evaporator, so as to achieve refrigeration.
Advantages:
High refrigeration efficiency, because the specific heat capacity of water is larger, can absorb and take away a lot of heat, so under the same cooling capacity demand, the cooling effect of the water-cooled system is better.
Compared with the air-cooled system, without the strong wind noise of the fan, the water-cooled system is relatively quiet during operation, which is conducive to maintaining a low noise environment of the dust-free workshop.
Direct expansion refrigeration
Principle: Direct expansion (direct expansion) refrigeration system is the refrigerant directly in the evaporator expansion evaporation, absorb the heat of the cooled medium (such as the air in the dust-free workshop). The refrigerant enters the evaporator directly through the expansion valve, and changes from liquid to gas in the evaporator, absorbing a lot of heat in the process, thereby reducing the surrounding air temperature. The refrigerant gas from the evaporator is sucked into the compressor and compressed into the condenser for cooling to complete a refrigeration cycle.
Advantages:
